Coffee Cupping

A coffee cupping is the industry standard method for tasting and evaluating coffee.  It is also a great way to taste a number of different coffees in a short period of time!  Local roaster Earl Thompson will guide you through a sensory exploration of three delicious Galena Roasters single origin coffees, roasted to custom profiles right here in Galena, Illinois. In addition, all participants will receive samples of Galena Roasters coffee to take home.

**Galena Roasters requires wearing of face masks as much as is reasonably possible during an event that includes tasting coffee.  We currently are limiting our group size to 8 for general public groups in order to allow some distance between participants while cupping coffee.  Each individual will be provided their own set of coffee cups, a spoon and a hot water dip glass for use during the event.
